1 cup warm to hot water from the faucet
1 tablespoon or 1 packet of yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
let stand for 5 minutes (should start to bubble up)
add some Italian season
add 1 1/4 cup flour
kneed, I use a standing mixer for a few minutes
let rise for 1 hour (ensure it remains warm)
Pro Tip: sprinkle dough with flour to reduce sticking to the bowl. Also, sprinkle the pan with flour as well, again to help reduce sticking.
I like cooking at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
