- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Preheat oven to convection at 425. Combine 2 cups flour, 1 tablespoon baking soda, 5 tablespoons butter (I melt it for 30 seconds in microwave – don’t liquefy the butter, just soften it), 3/4 cup water (or milk works too), 1/4 granulated sugar. Mix all that together. On a dinner plate mix together some sugar and cinnamon. Pick off some the dough, roll into balls (golf ball size), roll the balls in the sugar cinnamon mixture until completely covered. Place balls on some parchment paper on tray. Cook for 17 minutes. Enjoy!
