Used the above recipe.
For those that cannot have cinnamon, I recommend substituting it with a little cloves and ginger to give it that spice taste.
For those that cannot have milk, I successfully substituted regular milk for almond milk.
Same deal for the frosting, used powdered sugar with a couple tablespoons of almond milk instead of doing the cream cheese.
Also found that you can totally just make this in the morning without refrigerating it overnight and they turn out just fine.
